Temple Newsam estate, near Leeds is a fantastic outdoor venue and the meeting point will be in the ‘House' car park next to the house itself which is well signposted around the East Leeds area. It is very accessible from the M1 (come off J46) , approximately 15 minutes from the M1 / A650 Wakefield junction and only 3 miles from Leeds city centre.

The park itself is set in more than 500 acres of multi-terrain land and is one of the annual venues for Cancer Research UKs ‘Race for Life' events. The Saturday morning (9am) session will be based around aerobic development for people wanting to improve their running times (but will not only involve running) and advice will be given on all aspects of training to compliment the free advice for any lifestyle/ exercise/ nutrition queries you have for our instructors.

As always, new members can come along for a free trial at any time but ensure you arrive 15 minutes earlier for a briefing and to go through the mandatory health questionnaire.
